Welsh Government has announced that the local restrictions already in plac ein the Boroughs of Caerphilly and Rhondda Cynon Taf are being extended to the Boroughs of Blaenau Gwent, Newport, Merthyr Tydfil and Bridgend from 6pm tomorrow (Sept 22).
