The Union has appointed the Revd Robin Wyn Samuel, Bridgend as Resource and Liaison Officer in south Wales. After being educated at Coleg Bala-Bangor and University College Bangor, Robin became an ordained minister at Capel y Graig, Trelech (1977-), and Pen-y-Bont (1981), and Ffynonbedr (1984- 91). Union Supports Israeli Goods Boycott
There was a lively discussion at the Annual Meetings of the Union in Nant Gwrtheyrn on a proposal to boycott goods from Israel, in order to put pressure on the country to treat Palestinians fairly.
