The first CLAS meeting of 2022 will take place on 31 March (12:00-13:00), where SAFE will give a presentation on basic security for your place of worship.
Basic security is the first of SAFE’s core webinars, designed to raise your awareness of security. From CCTV, to learning what is '"suspicious". The presentation will look at personal safety, emergency procedures, IT security and leave you with ideas for your Action Plan.
SAFE is an initiative by Community Security Trust (CST) that aims to improve the security of the UK’s faith and minority communities. CST is a charity that protects British Jews from antisemitism and related threats and is recognised by the Police and Government as a unique model of best practice. CST provides security advice and training for Jewish communal organisations, schools and synagogues, and secures over 650 Jewish communal buildings and approximately 1,000 communal events every year, at no charge. CST also shares its knowledge with other faith groups.
If you would like to take part in the webinar, please confirm your attendance via this registration link.
