Here’s the latest buletin from Cytûn’s Policy Officer, Revd. Gethin Rhys
Over recent days, Welsh Government has updated its guidance regarding three areas which are of importance to churches and faith communities:
- Community centres, including community use of places of worship –https://gov.wales/safe-use-multi-purpose-community-centres-covid-19
- Culture and heritage destinations and venues (including historic places of worship) –https://gov.wales/culture-and-heritage-destinations-and-venues-guidance-phased-return-html
- Tourism and hospitality businesses (including church cafés and the like) –https://gov.wales/guidance-for-tourism-and-hospitality-businesses-coronavirus-html
We have updated Cytûn’s information page accordingly – https://www.cytun.co.uk/hafan/en/covid-19-briefing-paper/
There is nothing especially unexpected in this new guidance, but you are reminded that this guidance is statutory, and you must have regard to it in arranging activities within or outside our buildings.
