The National Churches Trust wants to help churches address small problems before they turn into large repairs. Under a proactive maintenance approach, a grant of £1,000-£2,500 from the Trust will allow interventions to address small, urgent maintenance issues and repairs, costing between £2,000 to £10,000, before a major building component fails.
LISTED places of worship of any Christian denomination can apply. Buildings must have been built as churches/chapels originally and have 50% of the funds required already in place. Applicants must have 2 quotes from contractors.
Further details can be found in the ‘Guidance Note and Form’ available at the end of the page. The form should be completed within the Word document and emailed back to us (with supporting documents attached) at email@example.com.
The next deadline is 4 January 2017
